The $3.95 rate is for new accounts only and for the first term of service.


This is the second time Hostmonster and Matthew Heaton who is refusing to reply, is showing not to be a host but a monster.

The first time and although my contract wasn't ended yet, they suppressed my site completely, without any reason and as I wa informed later, for something nobody had made a complaint to and which was completely no my fault : a damage of 100.000€ which I want to be paid.

They didn't even suspended my website until this contract was ended before they suppressed the site completely - and no payback for the unused time !

They tell me that they have warned me, but this has nothing to do with their unnecessary, unreasonable and unfounded action. Moreover, when someone isn't reacting in such matters, then they had to be very carefully, because as in this case, there must be a very good reason.

Now they are asking a price which isn't mentionned in the sign-up procedure. Of course I wasn't anymore their client : they made an end themselves - see above.

Of course this means that I want also this money back, which is moreover my right without any explanation seen their own terms.

I demand also that the domainname will be paid back.

For all those damages and in a last effort to make a gentelman's agreement, I propose that Hostmonster will offer me an eternal FREE subscription.

Otherwise, please, . . . pay me 100.150€ !
